Arrow Sudoku

Digits along the Arrow must sum to the number in the circle at the base of the arrow. Digits along the arrow can repeat.

Arrow rule: digits along the Arrow must sum to the number in the circle at the base of the arrow. Digits along the arrow can repeat as long as it doesn’t violate any other rules.
