Consecutive Sudoku

Adjacent cells with a hollow rectangle between them must contain consecutive digits. All the other adjacent cells must contain non-consecutive digits.

Consecutive is another very entertaining and challenging variant. The grid contains hollow rectangles between adjacent cells.
